Terms & Conditions

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified in the quotation and execution of a signed agreement. Verbal confirmations and WhatsApp messages do not constitute a binding booking.

• Advance: A non-refundable advance is required to block your event date
• Balance: Remaining balance is due as per the payment schedule agreed in the event contract
• Final payment: Full payment must be cleared before or on the event day unless otherwise agreed in writing
• GST: All prices are exclusive of GST (18%) unless explicitly stated as inclusive

More than 60 days before event	Advance forfeited; remaining balance waived
30–60 days before event	50% of total contract value due
Less than 30 days before event	100% of total contract value due

Event 1O1 will deliver only the services explicitly listed in the signed event agreement. Any additional requirements requested on the event day will be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges.

• Provide accurate event details and timely communication
• Ensure venue access for setup at the agreed time
• Obtain any required permissions, NOCs or licenses for the event venue
• Ensure a safe working environment for the Event 1O1 team

• Deliver services as outlined in the signed agreement
• Arrive at the venue at the agreed setup time with required equipment
• Maintain confidentiality of client personal and event information
• Communicate any issues or delays proactively

Event 1O1 shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government orders, power failures, or venue unavailability. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule at no additional charge.

Event 1O1's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific event. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Event photographs and videos may be used by Event 1O1 for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
